Knee & Shoulder
Arthritis is one of the most common reasons behind chronic knee and shoulder pain. Joints can become arthritic over time and cause discomfort. Arthritis is defined as inflammation in one or more joints, causing pain and stiffness. Osteoarthritis is a type of arthritis commonly found in the knee that occurs when flexible tissue at the end of bones wears down. This wear in the joint leads to decreased cushion and increased friction which can cause pain.
Common Knee Injury Symptoms
- Pain that increases with activity
- Popping, cracking, or snapping noises
- Tenderness on the surface of knee
- Numbness or tingling
Individuals who suffer from shoulder discomfort or pain may find relief with proper care. The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and is surrounded by nerves; if these nerves or tendons around the joint become irritated or shift out of alignment this can cause discomfort. Moderate adjustments to the shoulder can be performed and relieve pain from the shoulder. Chiropractic adjustments along with proper exercise and stretching can help irritated shoulders recover in a reasonable amount of time.
"Everyone here is great! They're all very nice and personable. Dr. Rollman is great and is very good at what he does. We would highly recommend this office."

"I have been a patient here on and off for 15 years. The staff is always super helpful and the doctors always take their time with my care. Other chiro's rush from one adjustment to the next, this is not the way at Complete Wellness. Massage therapy here is fantastic as well. They even offer a monthly massage club that gets you discounts on your massages."
